  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of labor and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  2. Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to labor and employment laws.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on ethical and compliance issues.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on labor and employment laws and ethical standards.
  6. Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments to address compliance concerns and ensure consistent practices across the organization.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in labor and employment laws to proactively identify and address potential compliance issues.
  8. Investigate and respond to reports of ethical violations or non-compliance with labor and employment laws.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external compliance agencies and partners.
  10. Lead the development and maintenance of a strong culture of ethics and compliance within the organization.
  11. Develop and monitor metrics to track compliance effectiveness and report to senior management.
  12. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate ethical and compliance considerations into business processes and decision-making.
  14. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
  15. Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in ethics and compliance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Labor And Employment Laws: A Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager At Mckinsey & Company Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Local, National, And International Labor And Employment Laws. This Includes Knowledge Of Laws Related To Discrimination, Harassment, Wages, Benefits, And Working Conditions.
