  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor changes in labor and employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to management and employees on how to stay in compliance.
  3. Conduct regular audits to assess the company's compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations.
  4. Identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate and address any compliance issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance standards are integrated into business processes.
  6. Provide training and educational resources to employees on labor and employment laws and regulations.
  7. Investigate and respond to any complaints or concerns related to labor and employment compliance.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and reports.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and government agencies regarding labor and employment compliance.
  10. Communicate and report on compliance matters to senior management and make recommendations for improving compliance.
  11. Foster a culture of ethical behavior and compliance throughout the organization.
  12. Stay informed of industry best practices and trends related to labor and employment compliance and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Mentor and guide junior team members on compliance matters.
  14. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure that all policies and procedures are in line with legal requirements.
  15. Represent the company in external meetings and events related to labor and employment compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Labor And Employment Laws: A Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager At Mckinsey & Company Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Local, Federal, And International Labor And Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of Laws Related To Hiring, Discrimination, Harassment, Employee Classification, And Termination.

  • Strong Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Compliance Programs In The Labor And Employment Space. This Includes Creating Policies, Procedures, And Training Programs To Ensure Compliance With Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Complex Compliance Issues In A Clear And Concise Manner To All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Investigations And Handling Sensitive Employee Issues: The Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager Will Be Responsible For Handling Complex Investigations And Addressing Sensitive Employee Issues. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Conducting Thorough And Unbiased Investigations And Managing Employee Relations Issues With Sensitivity And Confidentiality.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Mckinsey & Company Is A Highly Strategic And Analytical Organization, And The Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager Should Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Solve Complex Problems.
