
Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager, Labor & Employment

- Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to all labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all labor and employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR and legal, to ensure that policies and procedures are in line with ethical and legal standards.
- Lead training and education initiatives to raise awareness of labor and employment compliance policies and procedures.
- Investigate and respond to any reports of non-compliance or ethical concerns, ensuring swift and appropriate action is taken.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies or industry associations, to stay informed of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of the firm's ethics and compliance initiatives.
- Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a culture of integrity throughout the organization.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to support their growth and development in the field of ethics and compliance.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Labor And Employment Laws: A Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager At Mckinsey & Company Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Labor And Employment Laws, As Well As A Track Record Of Successfully Navigating Complex Legal Issues.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Executives, Employees, And External Partners.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Design And Implement Effective Compliance Programs That Address Labor And Employment Regulations And Promote Ethical Behavior.
Experience In Conducting Investigations And Managing Risk: A Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager At Mckinsey & Company Must Have Experience In Conducting Internal Investigations And Managing Risk In Relation To Labor And Employment Issues.
