- Develop and implement company-wide ethics and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulations
- Provide guidance and training to all employees on ethical practices and compliance requirements
- Monitor and assess the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including labor and employment laws
- Proactively identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Investigate and resolve any reported violations of ethical standards or compliance issues
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure ethical and compliant practices are integrated into all aspects of the business
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to labor and employment, and ensure the company's practices remain compliant
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of company procedures to identify any potential areas of improvement or non-compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and industry organizations, to stay informed and collaborate on best practices
- Serve as a resource and advisor to senior leadership on ethics and compliance matters
- Act as a role model for ethical behavior and foster a positive and inclusive work culture within the organization.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Labor And Employment Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Title Vii, Ada, Fmla, Flsa, And Osha.
Strong Understanding Of Ethical Principles And Corporate Compliance Practices, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Effective Compliance Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advise And Influence Senior Leaders And Stakeholders On Complex Labor And Employment Compliance Issues.
Proven Experience In Conducting Investigations And Managing Sensitive And Confidential Employee Relations Matters.
Advanced Degree In Law, Business, Or A Related Field, And At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Multinational Corporate Environment.
