  1. Develop and implement strategies for promoting ethical and compliant labor practices within the organization.
  2. Stay up-to-date on global labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all countries where the company operates.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement policies and procedures that align with ethical and compliant labor practices.
  4. Lead the development and delivery of training programs to educate employees on ethical and compliant labor practices.
  5. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop solutions to address them.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for all labor and employment compliance matters, both internally and externally.
  7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the company's compliance program and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as legal counsel and government agencies, to stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  9. Lead investigations into any reported ethical or compliance violations and take appropriate action to address them.
  10. Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on labor and employment compliance matters.
  11. Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure a strong and capable ethics and compliance team.
  12. Represent the company in industry conferences and events related to labor and employment compliance.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of ethical and compliant practices.
  14. Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of integrity and fairness throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Labor And Employment Laws: A Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager At Mckinsey & Company Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Labor And Employment Laws, Including Discrimination, Harassment, Wage And Hour, And Leave Laws.

  • Leadership Experience In Ethics And Compliance: This Role Requires A Candidate With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Leading Ethics And Compliance Programs At A Large Organization, Ideally In The Consulting Or Professional Services Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Providing Guidance To Employees At All Levels Within The Organization.

  • Experience Managing Investigations And Audits: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Conducting Internal Investigations And Audits Related To Labor And Employment Matters. They Should Also Have The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Recommendations Based On Their Findings.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Effective Compliance Programs: Mckinsey & Company Values Candidates Who Have A Strong Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Compliance Programs. This Includes Developing Policies And Procedures, Conducting Trainings, And Monitoring Compliance With Laws And Regulations.
