  1. Develop and implement ethical and compliant business practices, policies, and procedures.
  2. Lead and manage the labor and employment compliance program, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all labor and employment compliance inquiries and escalate any potential issues to senior management.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on ethical standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all business practices align with ethical and compliance standards.
  7. Conduct investigations into potential violations of company policies and take appropriate corrective actions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations, and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures as needed.
  9. Monitor and track compliance metrics and prepare reports for senior management on the status of the compliance program.
  10. Foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization by promoting awareness and accountability at all levels.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry peers, to stay informed on best practices and industry trends.
  12. Mentor and train junior compliance team members and provide guidance to other departments on compliance-related matters.
  13. Represent the company in legal proceedings and act as a liaison with legal counsel.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Labor And Employment Laws: A Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager At Mckinsey & Company Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Labor And Employment Laws At Both The Federal And State Levels. They Should Be Able To Interpret And Apply These Laws To Various Business Situations And Provide Guidance To The Company And Its Employees.

  • Strong Background In Compliance And Ethics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Compliance And Ethics, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Effective Compliance Programs And Promoting Ethical Behavior Within Organizations. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Labor And Employment-Related Compliance Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating Policies, Procedures, And Guidelines Related To Labor And Employment To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Experience In Conducting Investigations: The Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager Will Be Responsible For Investigating Any Potential Violations Of Labor And Employment Laws Or Company Policies. They Should Have Experience In Conducting Thorough And Impartial Investigations And Be Able To Make Well-Informed Recommendations Based On Their Findings.

  • Proven Leadership And Managerial Skills: This Position Requires Strong Leadership And Managerial Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of Compliance Professionals And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments Within The Organization. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Teams To Achieve Compliance And Ethical Objectives.
