Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Senior Delivery Manager At Mckinsey & Company Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Role, The Delivery Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Manage And Motivate Teams. They Should Also Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Stakeholders.
