  1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the firm's assets and ensure employee and client safety.
  2. Monitor and analyze security systems and respond to any potential threats or breaches.
  3. Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches, and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies to continuously improve the firm's security posture.
  6. Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security.
  7. Manage access control systems and ensure appropriate permissions are granted to authorized personnel.
  8. Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  9. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and address any gaps or weaknesses.
  10. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and exercises.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Security Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, With A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Security Tools And Technologies Such As Siem, Intrusion Detection Systems, Vulnerability Scanners, And Endpoint Protection, Along With Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Managing Them.

  • Strong Incident Response And Crisis Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing Security Incidents And Crises, With The Ability To Quickly Analyze And Respond To Threats And Minimize Their Impact.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Security Operations Specialist, The Candidate Will Need To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Requiring Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Relevant Certifications: Preferred Certifications For This Role May Include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Certified Information Security Manager (Cisa), Or Other Relevant Industry Certifications. These Certifications Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Security Principles And A Commitment To Ongoing Professional Development.
