  1. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization's assets and ensure the safety of employees and clients.
  2. Monitor and analyze security systems and processes to identify potential threats and proactively address vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  4. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Stay up to date on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  6. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Manage and maintain security systems and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control systems.
  8. Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs to educate employees on security policies and procedures.
  9. Communicate security issues and updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert for security-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to other teams.
  11. Collaborate with external security vendors and partners to ensure the organization's security needs are met.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to enhance the organization's security posture.
  13. Maintain documentation of security processes and procedures for reference and audit purposes.
  14. Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, Preferably In A Corporate Or Consulting Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Systems, Tools, And Technologies, Including Threat Detection And Incident Response.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Security Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Relevant Certifications, Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac, And A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.
