  1. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the firm's assets and maintain the safety and security of employees, clients, and sensitive information.
  2. Monitor and analyze security systems and alerts to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  4. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and gaps in processes and systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to continuously improve the firm's security posture.
  7. Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and procedures.
  8. Coordinate with external security vendors and partners to enhance the firm's security capabilities.
  9. Participate in incident response exercises and simulations to test and improve the effectiveness of security measures.
  10. Document and maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and remediation efforts.
  11. Communicate with clients and stakeholders on security-related matters and address any concerns or inquiries.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on security matters and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to security operations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Security Operations, Incident Response, Or Threat Hunting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Monitoring And Detection Tools, Such As Siem, Ids/Ips, And Endpoint Security Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cyber Threats, Vulnerabilities, And Attack Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
