- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of McKinsey & Company and its clients
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and analyze security systems and tools to identify and respond to any security breaches or incidents
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships that enhance security measures
- Manage and oversee the physical security of McKinsey & Company's offices, including access control systems, CCTV, and security personnel
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Stay current on emerging security threats and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to the organization's security measures
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and best practices to promote a culture of security awareness and responsibility
- Serve as the main point of contact for security emergencies and incidents, and coordinate responses and resolutions as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security operations and incidents
- Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of security operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Security Operations Role, Preferably At A Large Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Best Practices, Tools, And Technologies, Including Siem, Ids/Ips, And Vulnerability Management.
Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac.
Proven Experience In Incident Response, Threat Hunting, And Risk Assessment.
