- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the firm and clients against potential security threats.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, and respond to any potential security breaches in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in the firm's security systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the firm's operations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the firm's security posture.
- Manage and maintain security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools.
- Conduct investigations and forensic analysis in the event of security incidents.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees to ensure a culture of security throughout the organization.
- Proactively identify and address security gaps and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with external security partners and vendors to enhance the firm's security capabilities.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on security incidents, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Respond to security-related inquiries from clients and provide assurance of the firm's security protocols.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related matters and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, Incident Response, Or Network Security.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Principles, Practices, And Technologies, Including Siem, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Vulnerability Management.
Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Are Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
