McKinsey & Company is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Salesforce Delivery Expert - Growth, Marketing & Sales to join our team and help drive our organization's growth and success. We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a deep knowledge of Sales & Marketing.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing Salesforce applications, and ideally 1-2 years of experience in a consulting role.We are looking for an individual with superior communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its features and capabilities. Responsibilities:

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce optimization

- Work collaboratively with other developers to ensure quality of Salesforce applications
- Maintain knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities
- Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications
- Investigate and resolve user issues
- Analyze user requirements and design optimal solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Salesforce development
