
Regional Director of Geographic Compliance
McKinsey & Company is looking for a motivated Regional Director of Geographic Compliance to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to make a meaningful impact in our global organization. The Regional Director of Geographic Compliance will be responsible for advancing our geographic compliance program and overseeing the compliance requirements in our various regional offices.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing and implementing compliance processes and procedures, with a focus on international compliance. Additionally, the successful applicant will have a deep knowledge of applicable international laws and regulations, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and export control. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance processes and procedures, with a focus on international compliance, in order to maintain compliance with international laws and regulations.
- Monitor all regional offices for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and export control.
- Establish and maintain an effective system for tracking and reporting regional compliance activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to regional offices on compliance related issues.
- Identify and investigate any potential compliance risks or issues.
- Develop and deliver compliance training to regional staff.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and other related documents.
- Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures as needed.
- Stay up to date with changes in applicable laws and regulations.
