Regional Director of Geographic Compliance

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance processes and procedures, with a focus on international compliance, in order to maintain compliance with international laws and regulations.
2. Monitor all regional offices for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and export control.
3. Establish and maintain an effective system for tracking and reporting regional compliance activities.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations.
5. Provide guidance and support to regional offices on compliance related issues.
6. Identify and investigate any potential compliance risks or issues.
7. Develop and deliver compliance training to regional staff.
8. Prepare and submit regulatory filings and other related documents.
9. Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures as needed.
10. Stay up to date with changes in applicable laws and regulations.
