
Provider Performance Improvement Specialist

- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions to challenging problems in the healthcare industry.
- Work independently and take initiative to create and implement performance improvement plans.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Prepare and present performance improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of performance improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and records of performance improvement initiatives.
