Job Description

McKinsey & Company is looking for a passionate and highly driven Provider Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and evaluate performance improvement strategies and initiatives that will have a direct impact on our healthcare organization's success. As a key member of our team, you will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our performance improvement goals are achieved.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field, at least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or quality management, and a strong understanding of healthcare operations and process improvement. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop performance improvement strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the organization's goals.
  2. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure performance improvement objectives are achieved.
  4. Establish and maintain quality standards for performance improvement initiatives.
  5. Monitor and report on performance improvement trends and progress.
  6. Identify and address areas of improvement within the healthcare organization.
  7. Develop and implement process improvement plans.
  8. Provide guidance and direction to healthcare staff on performance improvement strategies.
  9. Develop and implement training programs to ensure optimal performance improvement outcomes.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.
