Job Description

McKinsey & Company is looking for an experienced and driven Provider Performance Improvement (PPI) Specialist to join our team. This individual will be an important part of our organization, helping to ensure that our clients receive the best care possible. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, know how to work with a variety of stakeholders, and have a passion for improving patient outcomes.The PPI Specialist will be responsible for leading projects to improve the performance of healthcare providers. They will work closely with clients and stakeholders to develop, define, and implement solutions that are tailored to the unique needs of each client. The PPI Specialist will also provide ongoing support to ensure that performance improvement goals are met.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; prior experience in healthcare consulting, project management, or a related field; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to think critically and analytically. Responsibilities: -Lead projects to improve the performance of healthcare providers -Develop, define, and implement solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client -Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance improvement goals are met -Evaluate data related to the performance of healthcare providers -Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders -Understand and apply the principles of performance improvement -Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders -Identify areas for improvement and create strategies to address them -Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
