At McKinsey & Company, our Provider Performance Improvement Specialists are passionate about helping health care organizations improve their performance. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team and help our clients achieve their goals.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the health care industry, with strong experience in quality improvement, process improvement and change management. We also require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.If you have a passion for improving the health care system and are looking for an opportunity to make a real difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to improve the performance of health care organizations.
  2. Analyze quality improvement, process improvement and change management initiatives for effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to implement strategies and drive success.
  4. Monitor client progress and suggest further improvement initiatives.
  5. Develop presentations and other materials to communicate results and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Participate in educational and networking opportunities to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  7. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve performance.
  8. Provide guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions.
