At McKinsey & Company, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Provider Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and improving provider performance metrics to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.The ideal candidate for this role has a track record of successful performance improvement initiatives, a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery and payment models, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop performance metrics to measure and improve provider performance.
  2. Monitor and track provider performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Implement best practices for performance improvement initiatives.
  4. Create strategies to improve provider performance and customer service.
  5. Collaborate with the healthcare delivery and payment teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with providers and other stakeholders.
  7. Analyze data and identify trends in provider performance.
  8. Facilitate communication between providers and clients to ensure understanding of performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
  9. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to ensure timely and effective completion of projects.
  10. Remain up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and best practices.
