Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and analysis on current trends and developments in the energy and commodity industries, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
2. Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement strategies for clients in the commodity trading space.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, and serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
4. Lead and contribute to client engagements, including conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, and delivering presentations.
5. Identify and drive new business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge and network.
6. Stay up-to-date with market developments and regulatory changes that may impact commodity trading, and provide thought leadership and guidance to clients.
7. Coach and mentor junior team members, and provide guidance and support in their professional development.
8. Contribute to the development of intellectual capital and knowledge within the firm by sharing your expertise and insights.
9. Represent McKinsey & Company at industry events and build a strong personal brand in the commodity trading space.
10. Uphold the firm's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of your work, and serve as a role model for junior team members.
