Job Description

McKinsey & Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Consultant to join our world-class team. As an Operations Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to develop and execute strategies to solve their most pressing operational challenges. You must have an analytical and creative mindset, be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, and be able to think strategically to drive successful outcomes. If you are a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and the desire to make an impact, this role could be a great fit for you.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering, and at least 5 years of operations consulting experience. Experience in the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Automotive industries is a plus. You should also have a deep understanding of the key drivers of operational performance and be able to communicate complex topics in a simple manner. Finally, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
