Knowledge Analyst – Supply Chain

You will spend a significant part (>50-60%) of your time working with the Operations (MSC) practice and consulting teams in McKinsey to help solve complex client problems in the supply chain domain. Some of your responsibilities will include developing optimal network configuration models for global supply chains of clients, stochastic simulation of inventory levels with the objective of creating a robust inventory policy, conducting diagnostics on supply chain health and performance for our clients, etc. You will spend a part of your time in doing general analytical work for the whole clientele of McKinsey which would include among others, usage of statistical techniques and operations research for data analysis. You will also support development and maintenance of McKinsey’s proprietary MSC & Operations management tools and other knowledge development projects.
