We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Analyst to join our Procurement team. As a Knowledge Analyst, you will work closely with our procurement experts to deliver strategic insights and solutions for our clients. We are looking for someone with a strong background in procurement and a passion for using data and analysis to drive business decisions.   1. Conduct thorough and rigorous research on procurement strategies and market trends to support our consulting projects.
  2. Collaborate with procurement experts to gather and analyze data, and develop insights and recommendations for clients.
  3. Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and insights from large and complex datasets.
  4. Develop and maintain databases and knowledge repositories for procurement-related information and best practices.
  5. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in procurement to provide relevant and valuable insights to clients.
  6. Support the delivery of client presentations and reports by providing accurate and insightful data analysis.
  7. Conduct interviews and surveys with clients and industry experts to gather information and validate findings.
  8. Assist in developing project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective solutions to complex procurement challenges.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  12. Adhere to company standards and guidelines for data privacy and confidentiality.
  13. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  14. Continuously develop knowledge and skills in procurement and data analysis to enhance job performance.
