  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on procurement trends, best practices, and market intelligence to support client projects and business development efforts.
  2. Collaborate with senior consultants to identify key procurement challenges and develop innovative solutions for clients.
  3. Utilize various data sources and tools to collect and analyze large sets of procurement data to identify insights and trends.
  4. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in procurement processes, technologies, and industries.
  5. Assist in the creation of high-quality presentations, reports, and deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Support the development and delivery of training programs and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of colleagues and clients.
  7. Act as a thought partner and provide strategic insights to senior consultants and clients during client engagements.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks, issues, and opportunities related to procurement projects.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in the procurement space.
  10. Contribute to the growth and success of the procurement practice through the development of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement practice.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the firm in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Insights.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Procurement Tools And Technologies, Such As Spend Analytics Software, E-Sourcing Platforms, And Contract Management Systems.
