  1. Conduct research and analysis on the electric power and natural gas markets, including trends, developments, and competitive landscape.
  2. Develop and maintain expertise in the energy industry, including knowledge of key players, regulations, and market dynamics.
  3. Collaborate with consultants and client teams to identify business problems and develop strategic solutions.
  4. Utilize data analytics and modeling techniques to support strategic decision making for clients.
  5. Produce high-quality deliverables, such as reports, presentations, and case studies, to communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry news and advancements to provide timely and relevant insights to clients.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership on key issues and trends in the energy industry.
  8. Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal development and client presentations.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their analytical and consulting skills.
  10. Continuously improve and develop new methodologies and tools to enhance the firm's capabilities in the energy industry.
  11. Collaborate with global teams and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives to ensure consistency and best practices across the firm.
  12. Represent McKinsey & Company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the firm's expertise in the energy sector.
