  3. Create and maintain databases, models, and other knowledge tools to support the team's work.
  4. Provide support and expertise to McKinsey consultants and clients on energy-related projects.
  5. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in data and provide actionable recommendations.
  6. Communicate findings and insights in a clear and concise manner through presentations, reports, and other mediums.
  7. Stay informed on the latest developments in the energy industry and proactively identify potential areas for growth or improvement.
  8. Take ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  9. Collaborate with other knowledge analysts and teams to share best practices and knowledge.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and methodologies within the team.
  11. Take part in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Conduct regular reviews of industry publications and research to identify potential knowledge gaps and opportunities for thought leadership.
  13. Act as a representative for McKinsey & Company at industry events and conferences.
  14. Uphold McKinsey's values and standards of excellence in all work and interactions.
