Internal Communications Manager
In this role, you will lead efforts in building two-way engagement across multiple audiences, developing content and segmenting messages as appropriate across channels. You will also support placement of speakers when opportunities arise for internal, client-facing and external presentations. You will help identify potential external spokespeople for All In, Diversity and Inclusion purposes (e.g., interviews, social media endorsements for reports, etc.) and manage clearance with internal McKinsey channels. You will execute, own and elevate existing communications materials as well as develop new content for a variety of new channels and innovative campaigns including crafting talking points and creating and customizing briefing documents and pre-reads.
Understanding of channels and publishing platforms including email, Slack, video, digital, etc.; design skills is a plus
8+ years of demonstrated impact in a global communications role with specific demonstrated expertise in employee engagement
Demonstrates a positive attitude and passion for the topic of women, diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace
Track record of working effectively and forming peer-level relationships with senior members of an organization
