Job Description

McKinsey & Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Implementation Specialist – Advanced Planning Systems (APS) to join our team. We require a candidate with a strong technical background who can hit the ground running and is excited to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a passion for developing innovative and efficient solutions to complex planning problems.The successful candidate will be an integral part of a highly specialized team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective APS solutions that enable our clients to maximize the value of their planning systems. They will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that solve complex planning problems.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should have strong expertise in APS systems, as well as hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions that can effectively meet the needs of our clients. You should have an impressive track record of successful implementations and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Finally, you should have the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deliver effective APS solutions
  2. Work with a variety of clients to develop and implement innovative solutions
  3. Possess strong expertise in APS systems and have hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions
  4. Have an impressive track record of successful implementations
  5. Have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  6. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  7. Analyze and troubleshoot existing systems and processes
  8. Monitor, maintain and optimize APS systems
  9. Provide technical support and training to users
  10. Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations
