Immigration Paralegal

5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure quality service.
6. Prepare and submit immigration applications and petitions.
7. Monitor progress of immigration petitions and applications.
8. Prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
9. Assist in preparing reports and making presentations to clients.
10. Attend court hearings and conferences to represent clients.
