Job Description

McKinsey & Company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to join our team and provide support to our lawyers. We're looking for a reliable, highly organized individual who is passionate about helping others. This individual should have an excellent eye for detail and be able to work collaboratively with our attorneys to ensure our clients are provided with the highest quality of service.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, or a related field, and at least three years of experience in immigration law. We are also looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a demonstrated understanding of immigration laws and regulations.We are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of legal service. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist lawyers in providing support to clients in immigration cases.
  2. Ensure clients receive the highest quality of service.
  3. Maintain and update accurate case records.
  4. Prepare and file documents, such as legal briefs, motions, and petitions.
  5. Research immigration laws and regulations.
  6. Maintain contact with clients to keep them informed of their cases.
  7. Maintain communication with other professionals, such as judges, attorneys, and government officials.
  8. Maintain a working knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and procedures.
  9. Follow all ethical and professional standards set by the American Bar Association.
  10. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings.
