Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and process immigration documents such as petitions, applications, and visa forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Maintain records of immigration cases and ensure compliance with immigration law.
  3. Monitor changes in immigration regulations and adapt procedures accordingly.
  4. Research immigration laws and regulations and provide advice on appropriate actions.
  5. Communicate with clients to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and appeals.
  7. Write legal documents such as briefs, motions, and memorandums.
  8. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant case law and legal developments.
  9. Perform administrative tasks such as organizing files and scheduling appointments.
  10. Provide support to attorneys and other legal staff.
