Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process immigration documents such as petitions, applications, and visa forms in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain records of immigration cases and ensure compliance with immigration law.
- Monitor changes in immigration regulations and adapt procedures accordingly.
- Research immigration laws and regulations and provide advice on appropriate actions.
- Communicate with clients to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Write legal documents such as briefs, motions, and memorandums.
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant case law and legal developments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as organizing files and scheduling appointments.
- Provide support to attorneys and other legal staff.
