Job Description

McKinsey & Company is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join our team and help facilitate the legal processes associated with employee immigration. We’re looking for a highly organized professional who is meticulous in their approach to work, and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire immigration process for our employees, from start to finish.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations, as well as excellent attention to detail. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work efficiently and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding role with the opportunity to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities: -Assist in the preparation and filing of all types of immigration documentation (e.g. non-immigrant visas, permanent residence applications, etc.) -Maintain and update immigration case management system -Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding immigration applications -Monitor and track status of immigration applications -Ensure that all immigration processes are compliant with applicable immigration laws and regulations -Provide advice and guidance on immigration matters to internal and external stakeholders -Stay up to date on the latest developments in immigration law -Conduct research and provide legal advice related to immigration matters -Provide support to McKinsey & Company’s legal department as needed
