
Immigration Paralegal
McKinsey & Company is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join our team and help facilitate the legal processes associated with employee immigration. We’re looking for a highly organized professional who is meticulous in their approach to work, and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire immigration process for our employees, from start to finish.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations, as well as excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities: -Assist in the preparation and filing of all types of immigration documentation (e.g. non-immigrant visas, permanent residence applications, etc.) -Maintain and update immigration case management system -Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding immigration applications -Monitor and track status of immigration applications -Ensure that all immigration processes are compliant with applicable immigration laws and regulations -Provide advice and guidance on immigration matters to internal and external stakeholders -Stay up to date on the latest developments in immigration law -Conduct research and provide legal advice related to immigration matters -Provide support to McKinsey & Company’s legal department as needed
