Job Description

McKinsey & Company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to join our team. We are searching for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist our legal team with the preparation of immigration documents. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration law and be able to work collaboratively with attorneys and other professionals. If you are a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about immigration law and would like to contribute to the success of our legal team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare, organize, and review immigration documents in accordance with legal requirements.
  2. Collaborate with attorneys and other professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Manage caseloads and keep up to date with current regulations and trends in immigration law.
  4. Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and briefs related to immigration cases.
  5. Maintain detailed records of all cases and documents.
  6. Respond to inquiries from clients and immigration authorities.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations and advise attorneys on updates.
  9. Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
