We are looking for an individual who is passionate about immigration law and providing the best possible services for our clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all immigration related matters. The Immigration Paralegal will work closely with both internal and external clients to ensure that legal immigration matters are handled in a timely and efficient manner.The ideal applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with immigration related matters and possess a strong understanding of immigration law. Responsibilities

  1. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all immigration related matters.
  2. Work closely with both internal and external clients to ensure legal immigration matters are handled efficiently.
  3. Provide the highest level of customer service.
  4. Maintain knowledge of current immigration law and changes in policies.
  5. Prepare and submit various immigration documents.
  6. Monitor progress of immigration cases.
  7. Provide updates and status reports to clients.
  8. Respond to inquiries from clients in a timely manner.
  9. Maintain organized files and records.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
