Immigration Paralegal

They should have a combination of experience in immigration law and paralegal work, and be able to demonstrate knowledge of legal research, legal document preparation, and case management.Our Immigration Paralegal must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

-Provide assistance to attorneys in immigration matters

-Conduct legal research and analysis -Draft, review, and proofread legal documents -Maintain client records and case files -Assist in preparing immigration applications -File documents with the appropriate government agencies -Manage and monitor case progress -Provide administrative support to the legal team -Communicate with clients and other parties involved in immigration matters -Keep up to date with changes in immigration law and regulations -Participate in client meetings and case reviews -Perform other duties as assigned
