Immigration Paralegal

Responsibilities:

1. Navigate the legal landscape of immigration law, providing support to clients in a professional and timely manner.
2. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to process and coordinate all immigration matters.
3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when completing immigration paperwork and other documents.
4. Monitor changes in immigration law and regulations, keeping up-to-date on relevant policies and procedures.
5. Research and analyze immigration cases, utilizing resources to ensure accuracy and compliance with the law.
6. Prepare and file immigration forms including but not limited to petitions, applications, and other immigration documents.
7. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the immigration process.
8. Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
9. Maintain confidentiality of all client information and documents.
10. Assess clients’ needs and provide timely and accurate information and resources.
