Human Resources Generalist

In this role, you will have ownership or act as backup for key HR processes and functions. You will deliver exceptional support to our colleagues while ensuring the firm is in compliance with all legal requirements. You will adapt to and address concerns by applying a problem-solving approach to complex HR issues in collaboration with the manager of human resources. Independently manage a variety of efforts which may include onboarding (Day One experience of all new firm members) and offboarding. You will also take the lead on HR event ownership and administration of programs as appropriate (role change, rotations, mobility and alternative programs such as flex and remote working). You will actively build expertise in areas such as People Central and other HR systems and may also develop specific expertise in recruiting and hiring process for select functions and other HR processes across life cycle.
