7. Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure pension plans are effectively managed.
9. Provide strategic guidance and leadership on global pension plans.
10. Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization is providing the best possible retirement solutions.
