Head of Global Pensions

4. Establish and monitor performance metrics for pension plans.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of plans.
6. Prepare and present reports to management team on pension plan performance and progress.
7. Create and maintain documents related to pension plans, such as policies, procedures, and communications.
8. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
9. Lead and motivate pension team members to ensure success.
10. Ensure all activities adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
