1. Develop and implement global pension strategies to ensure the retirement security of McKinsey & Company’s employees.
2. Design, implement, and manage pension plans.
3. Analyze global pension trends and provide innovative solutions to address them.
4. Monitor and review the performance of global pension plans.
5. Act as a point of contact for global pension-related inquiries.
6. Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders.
7. Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
8. Establish strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
9. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures for global pension plans.
