- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects and drive impactful change.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to deliver high-quality work and develop their skills.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in service operations and incorporate them into client solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from front-line staff to C-suite executives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Service Operations Consulting, Preferably With A Top-Tier Consulting Firm.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Manage Diverse Teams, Drive Results, And Meet Tight Deadlines.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Service Operations Processes, Including Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, And Operations Strategy.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Synthesize Complex Information And Develop Actionable Recommendations.
