  5. Act as a subject matter expert in service operations and provide guidance and support to team members.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present recommendations and solutions.
  7. Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in service operations to continuously improve client offerings.
  9. Foster strong relationships with clients and maintain a deep understanding of their business and industry.
