  1. Conduct in-depth analysis and diagnosis of client's service operations to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to drive operational excellence.
  2. Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions to clients.
  3. Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to develop and implement service operations strategies that align with business objectives.
  4. Conduct extensive research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in service operations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and foster long-term partnerships.
  6. Conduct training and workshops for client teams to build their capabilities and drive adoption of recommended solutions.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
  8. Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, presenting complex concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Collaborate with other teams within McKinsey to leverage resources and expertise and deliver holistic solutions to clients.
  11. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance expertise in service operations consulting.
  13. Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing within the firm, including developing intellectual property and participating in internal training and development programs.
