- Develop and lead the overall digital and analytics content strategy for McKinsey & Company.
- Work closely with top leadership and industry experts to identify and prioritize key content topics and themes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all digital and analytics content.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital and analytics.
- Identify and leverage emerging technologies and platforms to enhance the firm's digital and analytics offerings.
- Oversee a team of writers and editors to ensure high-quality and impactful content is produced.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to enhance the firm's digital and analytics presence.
- Monitor and analyze content performance and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the digital and analytics space, representing the firm at industry events and conferences.
- Lead and drive innovation in digital and analytics, continuously seeking new and creative ways to deliver value to clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to integrate digital and analytics content into overall firm messaging and initiatives.
