  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and analytics strategy for the firm, in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of digital and analytics experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital and analytics initiatives that will drive impact and transformation for clients.
  4. Stay abreast of the latest digital and analytics trends and advancements, and assess their potential impact on the business.
  5. Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality digital and analytics content, including articles, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  6. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in support of the firm's digital and analytics initiatives.
  7. Communicate and present digital and analytics strategies and initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively articulating the value and impact of these efforts.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for digital and analytics projects.
  9. Evaluate and measure the success of digital and analytics initiatives, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continued growth and impact.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the digital and analytics team, encouraging experimentation and knowledge sharing.
