  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy for McKinsey & Company, leveraging your expertise in digital journalism and publishing.
  2. Drive thought leadership in the digital and analytics space by producing high-quality and innovative content that showcases McKinsey's expertise and insights.
  3. Lead and manage a team of digital and analytics editors, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional content.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including consultants and subject matter experts, to identify and develop compelling digital content ideas and initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital and analytics, and incorporate them into the digital content strategy.
  6. Utilize your strong understanding of analytics to ensure that all content is data-driven and aligns with McKinsey's business strategies.
  7. Oversee the editorial process, from idea generation and content creation to editing, proofreading, and final approval.
  8. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote and distribute digital content through various channels, including social media, email, and the McKinsey website.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for McKinsey & Company, representing our digital and analytics capabilities at industry events and conferences.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the digital content strategy, through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.

  • Extensive Experience In Digital Strategy And Analytics: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Digital Strategy And Analytics, With At Least 10 Years Of Relevant Experience.   • Strategic Mindset And Business Acumen: The Executive Editor Will Work Closely With Mckinsey's Clients And Internal Teams To Develop Digital Content Strategies That Align With Business Objectives. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Strong Business Acumen To Identify Opportunities And Drive Results.

  • Exceptional Writing And Editing Skills: A Key Responsibility Of The Executive Editor Will Be To Oversee The Creation And Editing Of High-Quality Digital Content, Including Articles, Reports, And Multimedia Assets. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Portfolio Of Published Work And A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Consistency.

  • Knowledge Of Digital Publishing Platforms And Analytics Tools: The Executive Editor Will Be Responsible For Managing And Optimizing Mckinsey's Digital Publishing Platforms And Using Analytics Tools To Track And Analyze Content Performance.
