  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy for McKinsey & Company.
  2. Lead and manage a team of editors and content creators to ensure high-quality and impactful digital content.
  3. Utilize data and analytics to inform and continuously improve the digital content strategy.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the digital landscape to ensure the company's content remains relevant and competitive.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and consulting teams, to align digital content with overall business objectives.
  6. Drive the adoption of analytics and data-driven decision making across the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and experts to enhance the company's digital content offerings.
  8. Monitor and analyze digital content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Ensure all digital content adheres to company brand standards and guidelines.
  10. Act as a thought leader and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  11. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's clients and target audience to create tailored and effective digital content.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  13. Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve strategic goals for digital content and analytics.
  14. Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
  15. Stay updated on digital and data analytics best practices and implement them in the company's content strategy.
