  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and analytics content strategy that aligns with McKinsey's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of editors and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality, impactful content creation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, consulting, and technology, to drive innovation and optimize digital offerings.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media and analytics, and integrate them into the content strategy.
  5. Oversee the editorial process, from ideation to publication, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content.
  6. Drive the development and execution of thought leadership pieces, working closely with subject matter experts to produce insightful and thought-provoking content.
  7. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, such as industry experts and media outlets, to expand the reach and impact of McKinsey's digital and analytics content.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize key topics and themes for content creation.
  10. Provide leadership and guidance on digital and analytics-related projects and initiatives within the organization.
  11. Represent McKinsey as a thought leader in digital and analytics at industry events and conferences.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the digital and analytics content strategy, making adjustments as needed to drive success.
