  1. Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of unethical behavior within the company.
  2. Ensure all allegations are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
  3. Uphold the firm's standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
  4. Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather information and evidence related to allegations.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect unethical behavior within the organization.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures related to ethical conduct.
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on ethical issues.
  8. Keep accurate and detailed records of investigation findings and actions taken.
  9. Regularly review and update company policies and procedures to promote ethical behavior.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for employees to report concerns or allegations of unethical behavior.
  11. Communicate investigation findings and recommendations to senior management.
  12. Stay informed on industry standards and best practices related to ethics and corporate responsibility.
  13. Conduct training and education programs for employees on ethical conduct and reporting procedures.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Ethics, Law, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ethics Or Compliance, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Ability To Manage And Investigate Complex Ethical Allegations And Make Sound Recommendations For Resolution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ethical Principles And Laws, As Well As Corporate Governance And Compliance Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
