  1. Develop and implement company-wide ethics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of unethical behavior and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify potential ethical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ethics and compliance.
  5. Train employees at all levels on ethical practices and promote a culture of ethical behavior.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for employees to report any ethical concerns or violations, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  7. Monitor and track all reported ethical concerns and ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
  8. Prepare and present reports on ethics-related matters to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of the company's ethics program.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and resources to stay informed on best practices in ethics and compliance.
  11. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a positive and ethical work environment.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the company's ethics program to ensure it meets industry standards and aligns with company values.
  13. Respond to and address any inquiries or concerns related to ethics and compliance from internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized records of all ethics-related activities and investigations.
  15. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies or law enforcement in matters related to ethics and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Ethics, Law, Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Ethics And Compliance, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, And Ethical Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Resolving Complex Ethical Allegations And Investigations.
